ArtPop Norfolk VA 2017
In 2017 Scot Turner was fortunate to be a recipient of the ArtPop Norfolk, VA award along with artists Robert Gusentine, Gregg Morgan, and Alan Skees.
ArtPop is a national outdoor art project operating in 7 states and 11 cities that partnered with Norfolk Arts and Adams Outdoor Advertising to promote local area artists. Founded by Wendy Hickey of Charlotte, NC, ArtPop promotes local artists by utilizing available outdoor media space to present their work in a Street Gallery that turns roads, highways and thoroughfares into opportunities for artistic expression and discovery.
